About Julie R. Feuerborn

I founded Summer Bridge Financial Planning in 2006. After passing the CFP® Certification Examination, I knew it was time to start my own financial planning firm offering fee-only financial planning services.

Professional and Educational Background

I earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1987. I earned a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from The Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2006. In July 2006 I passed The CFP® Certification Examination. I am a candidate for the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Personal Interests

I grew up outside Chicago, Illinois, and have lived in Colorado and England on and off since 1989. My interests include reading, traveling, hiking, camping, skiing and learning about other cultures. It is especially rewarding when I can share these activities with my husband, Dan and our four children.
